Ali and David

Allison and David had a small intimate destination wedding in Naples but wanted to celebrate their marriage in a big way!  If I didn't have these before pictures you would never believe that the event took place in their 5 car garage!  We turned this garage into a beautiful wedding venue!

I was thrilled when I came across these striped lanterns!
We mixed large and small arrangements all composed of white and green flowers.
David is a math teacher so we used vintage flash cards as the table numbers!

Here's the inside of the garage!
I found these chandeliers (3 total), I painted and added the black crystals!
Every inch of the garage was covered in fabric!

We used a vitnage hutch for the candy area.

Here's a view from the garage into the tent - it looks like it is all one room!

Outdoor lounge area.

Guests were able to take pictures and post them in a book for the bride and groom to keep.

Cocktail tables were scattered around so guests could enjoy the beautiful day!

Since their driveway is very long pedicabs were available for guests!!
They were so cute!

Have a great week - don't forget I'll be selling at Kane county Flea Market this weekend
in the poultry shed!  XO Traci

Liz & Jerritt

Liz and Jerritt are such an adorable couple - look how cute their pictures are:)
I really enjoyed helping them decorate their wedding!

Liz and I have very similar style - so it was easy to collaborate on our vision for her wedding.  We decided monochromatic bouquets would be perfect to add a pop of color for the bridesmaids but keep hers very simple and elegant.
Her bouquet featured a large brooch and bow - I love it!  The small violet bouquet was for the flower girl.
Here is a picture of the bridesmaid bouquets, all different shades of green to add a pop of color against the bridesmaids eggplant purple dresses.

We added a small vintage brooch to the corsages!

We decided on eggplant and green centerpieces accented with brown twigs.

The variety of green roses we used in the centerpieces have a hint of purple on the tips - they almost look like ruffles!

A little bling for the cake !

We used large ornate frames for the place cards!

Thanks Liz and Jerritt!

It's been busy around the shop...

Weddings, markets and we've been getting in tons of new product around the shop!
Here's a look at what I've been up to lately...

Kane County Flea Market - Mark and I had an awesome show!
The weather was amazing!!

I didn't have time to take pictures, but here is a really pretty picture of one of the arrangement we did for a bridal shower - roses, peonies, snap dragons and more!

I just helped Ashley with her super adorable vintage inspired wedding!
Ashley was one of the easiest brides I've worked with - patient, relaxed and absolutely nothing bothered her:)  I had so much fun working with her and her family!
She's holding a bouquet we made from all paper!
Isn't she so cute!?!

Unity candle

This suitcase held vintage hankies and a sign that said, "for your tears of joy."

Pictures of the bride and groom were placed at the entrance.

For the cards, we decorated a vintage suitcase with vintage lace, brooches and paper!

Family pictures and vintage items were placed at the entrance.

Ashley's aunt helped decorate the cake - it was sooo beautiful!
This was made with paper flowers, feathers, and brooches.

All of the centerpieces were made with paper flowers and containers wrapped in vintage materials!

I made each of the bridesmaids bouquets a little different - I thought they turned out really sweet!
